Title here is misleading. There is no copyright win, it is instead a win in the discovery process.

I had a hard time shrinking the title to fit the character limit, and I can no longer edit ("NY judge orders ChatGPT conversation handover in newspaper copyright stage win"?).. but good point, this choice sounds too conclusive.
