I am a college football coach. I do a lot of recruiting through my professional twitter account - its critical to my job. About a week ago it was hacked and the hacker changed my password as well as the email associated with the account. (Thank goodness that so far they've just been posting Crypto ads). X Support has only sent me automated emails basically saying they can't help me. What can I do?
Perhaps you could move to a different form of professional communications which uses a more "professional" channel with support contracts?
I have much sympathy, but I also have concerns. I left twitter over 5 years ago and I have no intention of going back there, and I don't see this as a barrier to communications in a professional context.
