Chrome already does, just not on GNU/Linux.

It is available on Android/Linux, WebOS/Linux and ChromeOS/Linux.

Which tells where they see the ..../Linux value for WebGPU.

Which is a bit weird honestly - since dawn (Google’s webgpu implementation) works pretty well on Linux.
