My evidence is owning and using eyeballs in Silicon Valley, and knowing the recent history of automobile usage in China vs the United States.

My reference to population level statistics is to make the point that I’m not claiming that all Chinese are bad drivers, but that a shifted population level distribution in driving quality is enough to explain the difference while still having some Chinese drivers that are better than the overall average.



That is, to put it mildly, a ludicrous attempt at extrapolating your own perceptions.


So basically no evidence at all besides you think so.
