Health (including workout tracking), notifications, time, and weather - that's what I use my Apple Watch for. I know some cardiologists complain about false positives given by the watch, but I would argue that for guys, that's a good thing. If the watch gets a middle-aged male who hasn't been to the doctor several years to go get a checkup, that's likely a worthwhile intervention.
