To be blunt, Enterprise Cloud Architecture is a really good way to make a bunch of fast servers process work slower than a several-generations-old laptop on WiFi. You got trash integrations with all kinds of compromises, queues galore, awful “low-code” solutions somewhere in the mix, cloud VMs with comically tiny network pipes, all kinds of nonsense.
