Wikipedia tells me that "Cognitive Behavioural Therapy" is a standard OCD treatment.
Maybe someone who is actually familiar with such therapy could look at the suggestions (based on trial and measurement) from pp.240-245 of "The Authoritarians" and comment if there happens to be any overlap?
