Australia needs this. Not that it’ll help because all power rests with property owners, but at the very least some owner reviews could help change the conversation.
I think the extra heat might help over time. A possible path could be ratings -> media -> pressure. On the margin if people avoid your properties it’ll impact you first when there is a downturn. Agree nothing will come of it in the current state, but a lack of reviews definitely won’t help.
