I agree with you. There is more to be done to make progress we should make in our lifetimes than we can ever hope to complete. AI will help tremendously, but I suspect that we'll find that it's not enough.

Tech tends to replace some jobs and create new ones. It'll be the same with AI. We'll work differently.
