According to its README, it does run (and is tested) on WSL 2 (Ubuntu) (amd64).

That feature's still in beta (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/android/wsa/). You can use it by joining the Windows Insider Program.

Or you can manually install it following the various guides explaining how to do so without joining Insiders
