I have a small Hetzner Cloud VPS with 20TB egress 100Mbps included for about 3€/month. The prices for new instances got up a few weeks ago, because of IPv4 prices, but they are still about 4€.

It's not unlimited, but 20TB is more than enough for the most use cases.
