I think everyone, from the both camps, should welcome specialists like myself. Not because I helped China, but because I helped people better understand China.

Looking at that photo, they are putting silos/turbines/flowerpots/whatever in what looks like the dry course of a seasonal river or stream. Is that a good idea?
