The related technologies part, combined with the plans, ideas, and enthusiasm sound pretty inviting to me.

Yes, certainly, the event is open to everyone who's interested in Racket. There's no need to have built something substantial in Racket to come, but obviously you'll get more out of it the more you've worked with Racket.

This has to be one of the biggest perks to being a Northeastern student. See some of you there!
