Nice project. I've finished most of the course (up until the compiler because that's where it became too familiar) and I'm now redoing it on an actual fpga. It's a great learning experience and I can fully recommend keeping at it, it's one of the most rewarding projects I've done. Actually bought a Pynq Z2 last week to have some peripherals to connect and to drive it easily. Might put it up github too.
Nice. I looked around online and it seems like others have attempted something like this but I didn't find any project that looked complete. I have a Basys 3 board which has VGA and USB I/O, so I hope to actually get from Nand to actually playing Tetris on my homespun platform.
