Interesting. Sort of like HireVue? [1]

We use it at my company. Problem is that even when hiring managers get a bunch of video interviews but they would be too busy or too apathetic to even look at them.

I am convinced that the real problem in recruiting is lazy HMs. Which also explains why referrals are so effective - HMs don't need to think hard.

Right now there is an enormous surge in applicant demand.

Talent teams face the challenging task of handling high-volume inbound channels, while maintaining an excellent candidate experience, and dedicating time to high-value recruiting activities.

So I'm working on Hirevire(https://hirevire.com/) to help automate the screening rounds so that talent teams can spend time interviewing only the best candidates.

I run hirevire.com one way video interview SaaS - and we were pretty much dead in the water during the Cloudflare Stream outage.

We moved out to BunnyCDN's stream after waiting for 20 hours.

One side benefit is that our videos are now stored in EU instead of Cloudflare's <hand wavy> edge location around you.

I've also been using Bunny's image and video delivery, while using CF for everything else. It's pretty neat - it just works. I like having both in my toolbelt, makes fallbacks like these easy.

How much work was the migration? Were the APIs feature-compatible or did you lose functionality?

The migration work was only a couple of hours for our core process. Took us 4 in total to restart collecting video.

We still have some accessory features to be moved to video on Bunny. Like transcriptions, downloads.

It's now 24 hours and Stream is still not up.

I use https://elephas.app/ to do this. Comes included in Setapp

This is a nice interface that you could emulate for some of the goals/target level details. I quite like the simplistic UI.

It's a lead magnet for an Indian PMS service.

My distractions at home were not noise related like yours but more from household chores. I'm convert to the philosophy of working near home - in a space dedicated for work. I use either a coffee shop or a co-working space to work in, and that's improved my productivity tremendously.

Cal Newport has written about this very well here https://www.newyorker.com/culture/cultural-comment/remote-wo...

I saw the Vibes movie video too - and loved it.

And I loved Tenet too - but I did go back and read a lot of explanation about it.
