The ideal way a landlord review site would work is tenants like reviews of landlords.
But if the system is anonymous, what's to stop any of the following bad actor situations?
* Real tenants leave false negative reviews: people who really did have the landlord, but has some feud with the landlord unrelated to the rental, leave negative reviews.
* Fake tenants leave false negative reviews: same as above, except the people didn't actually live there, such as the landlord's competitors.
*Fake tenants leave false positive reviews: friends of the landlord, or the landlord's sockpuppet account, leave glowing reviews.
How can the site be trustworthy given that you don't know if you're reading a legitimate or fake review.
