Used to work at a coroners office and the activity I saw on the sign out sheets for each persons autopsy file made me change my status from donor to not. The donor organizations (God bless them) just moved way too quick and came off as too thirsty for my taste. Not to mention (not that people would care) you look like a baseball the way you’re stitched after.
Incredible comment. I have always used a radar detector and Waze to speed pretty much whenever I want. Despite increasing attempts by state legislature to stop my speeding, I just learn more countermeasures. Keep in mind I’m talking about driving 85-90 on a 70mph straight interstate (i70) not flying thru a neighborhood
Moreover, the coming generation of cops don’t see speeding the same way older cops do, so yes you can’t speed, but in my state cops are rarely sitting in medians and doing enforcement (and definitely not going thru all the trouble to hide in the trees and risk their life to pull out on a highway), post Covid and with the new gen of cops it’s very noticeable. Savvy speeders know this, and the cops that are there are marked on Waze or are going to be detected by radar otherwise.
The rules are unwritten. Like you said, but beyond that - You can use signals intel (radar) and intel (Waze) in combo with situational awareness to avoid most situations where you’d get caught (most of the time) the decision to make this calculated risk and rely on your skills and equipment lets you avoid the law. Stuff like this happens with regulations all over I imagine
There’s an app called song shift that works 90% well. It’ll transfer the music over from one service to another. Also you can export Apple songs to CSV using desktop iTunes
That's solving a different problem. If you have a track that is not on any service, Apple Music will still accept the song file being added to your library and sync it for you. Spotify will not as it does not do cloud file sync.
Another issue I see based on your comment is that segmenting based on locale (diverse mix in SF, white majority in Kansas) is that it can just take what knowledge and norms exist now and harden them.
It often does include such deliberations, if you watch state legislative committee videos on YouTube. If it doesn’t, often times a citizen is free to testify and raise the issue.
Many of these small clause discussions go on around amendments.
There is less deliberation on policies (rules) and regulations (how an agency decides to implement a passed law). There is deliberation of course but it is more opaque to the public and less record is made.
Whether it’s easy to do effectively by the public is another thing.
Not the GP but I have more or less this with all Unifi gear, a Dream Machine Pro and PoE switch in the network cupboard, a Flex PoE switch in the loft with 4×G5 Bullet cameras plugged into it.
Unifi restricts choice but everything works in a few clicks and both the web app and mobile app management interfaces.
