The React Native (iOS/Android) Developer role will be spearheading development in our existing Mobile iOS and Android Apps. They’ll be primarily focused on bringing feature parity from our web apps to our mobile UI. Additionally, this role will involve working alongside our web developers to develop a seamless cross-platform experience. They’ll have ownership of architectural decisions, be responsible for key mobile usage metrics, and a leadership role in helping guide our mobile strategy.
As Product Manager, your goal will be to enable success for real estate agents and their clients by working with our engineering team to develop the next big features in residential real estate technology. You will work closely with our in-house engineers to make evidence-based decisions that will shape our priorities, product quality, and go-to-market strategies.

The Software Engineer - Platform/Integrations role will focus on building out the features and integrations that power our core platform. Ensuring that our customers have a seamless experience using RealScout with their multitude of software tools will be key. Additionally, this role will build internal and external tools that allows our team to manage and support a rapidly growing user base
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with medium-to-large production applications built with Ruby & Rails
- Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
- Experience with a variety of SQL data stores such as PostgreSQL. Other systems like ElasticSearch a plus.
- Familiarity with Javascript and React.
- Familiarity with GraphQL. Apollo knowledge a bonus

You have to hope that this is just a stage that new programmers go through, rather than a specific type of programmer. As they're challenged to iterate and scale with these undeveloped tools, they'll have to learn from their mistakes, and will hopefully grow from that. Still, as programming becomes more accessible (through tools like CodeAcademy) the sensationalism surrounding new technologies/frameworks will probably increase.
