What's the difference between X.509 and X.520?

Is X.520 even real? Nothing comes up when search for it on Google.

The article states:

> To help coordinate assigning names, and to give a common set of tools that were believed to be globally, cross-culturally relevant, the ITU-T developed a standard set of attributes that could facilitate naming and lookup, and defined them in X.520.

X.520 in the article is a hyperlink to the ITU website where you can download the standard.
